VideoRec is easy to configure, use and integrate with our Media Call Center - Supervisor Application, come in completion with your needs to monitor inbound/outbound calls and agent activity in your call center.

Using VIDEOREC application you can watch and/or video record, full or partial the activity on any work station from your call center.

Available features

  • Capture Service - installed on every agent work station that you want to be watched
  • Storage Server - Application which stores images received from the agent's stations in a pre set folder. The Storage Server accepts many simultaneous connections but the connections number depends on the number of licenses that you've bought
  • Command Module - COM module. This module will be integrated in our Media Call Center Server
  • Media Viewer - COM Module installed on the Supervisors work stations. Works integrated with Supervisor Application and can be used for viewing records or monitor real live agents stations
